Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Atrium — the website at tryatrium.app, the Atrium desktop and mobile applications, and the related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Atrium provides software licensing, usage analytics, and sales tracking for applications you build. The Service is operated by Atrium ("we", "us"). The Service is currently in active development; features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Each license permits sign-in on a limited number of devices, as shown on your account page. We may revoke individual devices or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis at the price shown on our pricing page, plus any applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms and privacy policy.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, or circumvent license or device limits, or attempt to bypass license enforcement;
  • reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use the Service to collect data from your own users unlawfully or without any notice required by applicable law;
  • use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you send to Atrium from your own applications ("Developer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Developer Data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code beyond the limited right to use the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including 5–9) survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
