Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it when you use Atrium — the website at tryatrium.app, the Atrium applications, and related services.

1. What we collect

  • Account data — your email address, hashed password, plan, and license status.
  • Device data — an identifier, device name, platform, OS and app version for each device signed into your license. Used to enforce device limits and let you review and revoke devices.
  • Billing data — payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. We receive transaction references, plan, and amount; we never see or store your card details.
  • Service telemetry — logs of API requests (such as IP address and timestamps) kept for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

2. Data your apps send us

If you integrate Atrium's analytics into your own applications, we process usage events (such as sessions, active users, and sales events) on your behalf. This data belongs to you. It is your responsibility to provide any notice to your users that applicable law requires. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

3. How we use data

  • To provide the Service: licensing, analytics, and sales tracking.
  • To secure the Service: abuse prevention, rate limiting, audit logs.
  • To communicate with you about your account (e.g. license emails).

We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party ads.

4. Where data lives

The Service runs on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (Workers and D1). Transactional email is sent via Resend. Payments run through Paddle. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

5. Retention

  • Account data is kept while your account exists.
  • Analytics rollups are bounded and pruned on a schedule; raw per-event data is not retained indefinitely.
  • Security and audit logs are retained for as long as needed for their purpose.
  • If your account is terminated, your account, devices, projects, and analytics data are deleted. Financial records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we will action your request: support@tryatrium.app.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The Atrium admin console uses a strictly necessary session cookie for sign-in.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves; changes will be posted here with an updated date.
