Refund Policy

Simple version: if Atrium isn't for you, tell us within 48 hours of purchase and you'll get your money back.
48-hour refund window
- You can request a full refund up to 48 hours after a purchase or the start of a new subscription period.
- To request one, email support@tryatrium.app from the email on your account, with your order or transaction reference.
- Refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment provider, back to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Once a refund is issued, access tied to that purchase ends.
After 48 hours
Requests made after the 48-hour window are not eligible for a refund. You can still cancel your subscription at any time — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again.
Fair use
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse — for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violations of our Terms of Service.
